PDF reports

Turn a scan into something you can send a client or a colleague — clean, branded, and readable by someone who doesn’t use the plugin.

Generating one

From any completed scan, click Export report. Choose whether to include every issue or only the ones above a severity threshold, then generate. The PDF builds on your own server and downloads directly — nothing is uploaded anywhere.

What’s inside

  • A summary page with both scores, the date, and the site the scan covered
  • Findings by category, ordered by severity, each with plain-language explanation
  • Affected pages listed per issue, so the reader can verify anything themselves
  • What was already fixed, if you’ve applied changes since the scan

The language is the same as in the plugin — written for someone who isn’t an SEO specialist.

Your own branding

Add your logo and company name in Settings → Reports and they appear on the cover and in the footer of every page. Useful if you’re sending these to clients under your own name.

There’s no “powered by” watermark on paid plans. The report is yours to send as your own work.

Who these are for

Three common uses:

  • Client deliverables. A monthly or quarterly report showing what was wrong, what was fixed, and what’s left.
  • Getting buy-in. A PDF is easier to put in front of a decision-maker than a plugin screen behind a login.
  • A record. A snapshot of the site’s state before a redesign or migration, worth having when something breaks later.

Practical notes

Large sites with hundreds of issues produce long documents. The severity filter is the answer — a fifteen-page report someone reads beats a ninety-page one they don’t.

Generation is local and costs nothing. No AI is involved, so you can export as often as you like on any plan.
